What To Expect:

Location: IT/Technology Office, Orchard Park, NY

This is a hands-on, mobile role that serves as the primary resource for onsite IT support, hardware deployment, and technology projects across our dealership locations throughout Western New York. You’ll be on the road regularly, providing white glove technology service directly at our dealerships.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite IT service requests
  • Travel regularly between dealership locations to fulfill hardware and support needs
  • Deploy, configure, and install new workstations, peripherals, and technology equipment
  • Perform new user hardware setups, including workstation build-out and deskside orientation
  • Handle hardware installation, break/fix, including computers, printers, phones, and networking equipment
  • Manage hardware transport, asset tracking, and inventory across locations.
  • Support technology projects including hardware refresh cycles and location buildouts and moves
  • Participate in user provisioning and de-provisioning in coordination with the help desk team
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and assets deployed

Requirements:

  • Valid New York State driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
  • Position is on-site and not eligible for remote work.
  • Lift 50+ pounds, carry up to 30 pounds, bend, kneel, reach and climb stairs and ladders and use hand and power tools.
  • Occasional evening, weekend, and after-hours work may be required based on business needs.
  • Ability to travel between company locations as needed
