  • Location: Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, NY
  • FLSA Status: Non Exempt
  • Base Wage: $17.50-$21.50/hr.
  • Potential Compensation with bonus and/or commission: $50,000 – $75,000/yr.

What To Expect:

As a Customer Care Manager at West Herr, you’ll support multiple Sales Consultants at one location while “wowing” our customers with knowledge of the features and benefits of our product. You’ll enable the delivery of our vehicles from start to finish, and consistently prospect existing customers who can get into a newer vehicle. In performing these tasks, you’ll also:
