The summer internship provided a great opportunity to learn about this industry and be exposed to an organization that actively demonstrates its commitment to community. I am honored to now be a full-time member of Team West Herr.

The mentors were incredibly patient and informative, and involved me directly in the sales process. My internship was a great experience that resulted in a permanent position with West Herr.

The hands-on experience in marketing was really fun and complemented what I learned in class. Recognizing my interest in other aspects of operations, West Herr promoted me to a second internship in another area during the fall semester.
